Price for "Automatic Visual Inspection System

We have received inquiries from a variety of industries,
Interestingly, the customer's budget is almost always the same, regardless of what is being inspected.
In many cases, the equipment configuration and degree of difficulty are completely irrelevant.
The reason for this is simple: they calculate their budgets based on the assumption that "we can reduce the number of inspectors by 0, so from an investment return point of view, we can....
It's obvious when you think about it.
However... if you think about it normally, it would be extremely difficult to implement within that budget.
After many meetings...
Buying expensive cameras and lighting equipment...
Creating software for each and every product.
On-site adjustments until we get the OK.
If a problem occurs, we go straight to the site.
Structurally, it is not a viable business.
There is only one way to break through.
(1) Present the "actual" product.
(2) Try the "actual product" and evaluate it.
(3) If the customer judges that there is no problem with the "actual product," then sell it.
I think there is no other way.
Our strength may be that we are able to do this.
