COST OF AI VISUAL INSPECTION

Various manufacturers are now offering "AI visual inspection" solutions.
The concept of "cost" is so varied among them that I would like to summarize it here.

In order to finally reach an operational state,

  1. Mechanical parts such as transport section
  2. Peripheral parts such as cameras, lenses, illuminators, etc.

is required.

THE HARDWARE PORTION OF 1-3 IS A COMMON COST FOR ALL AI VISUAL INSPECTION MANUFACTURERS, AND THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE.

The cost of the "buy-out" package software is about 1 million without DeepLearning, and about 2 million with DeepLearning.
