LAN CONNECTION WITH PLC

The automatic appearance sensor FIS has a mechanism that supports various forms of systems with only a few settings.
(1) The type and number of cameras are arbitrary.
(2) Variable input/output signal assignment for connection to external control
3) Dimming power supply control for various lighting equipment manufacturers is possible.
4) Input/output via LAN connection with PLC as well as parallel DIO
etc.
Regarding LAN connection of PLCs, we were able to support Keyence and Mitsubishi at an early stage, and today, LAN connection with OMRON's CJ2M has been opened.
The LAN connection allows multiple points to be turned on and off with a single cable, and data such as measured values can be exchanged with the PLCs, which is effective in drastically reducing wiring man-hours and downsizing the system.
For any PLC, the LAN connection from the PC side turns internal relays on and off and reads and writes memory values, so there is no need for communication-related implementation on the PLC side.
However, the input/output timing is slightly delayed (20ms to 40ms), so it is not suitable for timing-critical systems.
