FlexInspector with line sensor

Preparations for the exhibition are proceeding at a rapid pace.
Among them, we have reached the point where we are ready to start work on the "line sensor," which was our biggest concern.
It is at the level of a complete experimental machine,
64bit version of FlexInspector
WindowsXP(64bit) + Galaxy DGCL2e + 6GB Memory
About 7400 x 8000 pixels at 24μm/pixel = about 180mm square
We would like to bring in the following specifications.
The rest is as follows
1) Multi-surface inspection with a rotating stage
Inspection will be performed without stopping rotation using two XC-HR70 (800,000 pixel camera) units.
The control unit will be connected to Keyence's KV-5000 via Ethernet.
(2) HDD-less system
FlexInspector runs on Toshiba Terry SmartDragon + FireDragon.
We will also exhibit a system configured with MISUMI's HDD-less PC with the standard "Galaxy++".
3) The usual set of experiments
A new version of FlexInspector will be driven by a 2-megapixel camera.
The following is planned.
