Fee-for-service imaging consultants

Our way of selling FlexInspector is
(1) We will introduce "this is what we have", but we will not sell it to you.
(2) We lend out demo equipment for users to evaluate, and if they like it, they buy it.
(3) We will actively provide technical advice for user evaluation.
This is the way to do it.
If you think about it, this approach is similar to
"imaging consultant on a contingency fee basis.
This is nothing more than a "pay-for-success imaging consultant.
Please keep in mind that we are not a "pay-for-performance" type of company,
We will help you to evaluate and assess the results by yourself, but we do not want to "throw the job" to you and ask you only for a "performance guarantee". We believe that it is the users themselves who will use the product after delivery, and that they should be the ones to determine whether or not it is truly usable.
Certainly, this way of thinking is not good for business.
However, one after another, end users who have already delivered or evaluated our demo equipment have asked us
I would like to carry it around with me for in-house demonstrations, and I would like you to propose a simple configuration that will run on a notebook PC.
I feel that this is the right direction to go.
I never say, "Leave the image inspection to us.
I believe that imaging inspection is something that is created together with the user.
