I started working with BizReach to begin aggressive recruiting activities.

I am in charge of sales strategy and product development.

Following the instructions of the BizReach representative, I created a job application.
Then I started preparing my scout mail, and I received one application that day and one the next day.
Both of them were far above the level I had expected.

I've also completed the initial interview...nice.

I have not finalized it yet,
