Is visual inspection a cost?

From a quality assurance perspective, the visual inspection process is now part of the production process.
Assuming a worker with an hourly rate @ 1500 is inspecting at 1.2 seconds/piece, 1個@0.5円.
GlamichanIf we inspect 4 pieces/second with a "production" capacity of 7,200 yen/hour, we can get a "production" capacity of 7,200 yen/hour.
If this is worked 6 hours/day x 20 days x 12 months, 10,368,000 yen/year!
At least a number close to the price of Glamichan...
