Thoughts on "Venture Support

Our company has received an A-rank certification from the "Kyoto City Venture Business Connoisseur Committee," and as part of its support measures, we have moved into a facility called the Kyoto City Venture Infrastructure Factory (VIF).
At the VIF, we have a get-together (?) about once a month, where we exchange various ideas and opinions. We have a get-together (?) about once a month to exchange various opinions.
We once talked about what kind of venture support measures we would like to see.
The main topics of discussion were funding and market development.
My thoughts were...
Everyone has amazing technologies and business models "in the eyes of the beholder.
However... I feel that they have yet to find the opportunity to get out in the open.
I feel that perhaps the most effective way to get them out in the public eye is to provide press release support rather than funding or boxed support.
If you get inquiries and orders...it doesn't matter if you get funding or loans.
However...I am not impressed with a "venture business exhibition" that is a hodgepodge. Not many people come to the exhibition with a purpose.
To newspaper articles that many unspecified people will see.
Go to an exhibition for the industry where visitors with a purpose can be expected.
Even a small company like ours, which is not much different from a sole proprietorship, is able to continue to receive many inquiries because of our "powerful products" and "continuous participation in exhibitions.
Also, I would like to talk about venture capital.
Many companies with real technology do not think about going public, as is the case with our company. In such a situation, it is tough to provide support on the premise that the company will go public.
It may be more realistic to assess the marketability of the technology and aim to increase sales and dividends by bringing it to the public stage in various ways.
