Inspection Accuracy (1)

How large an object can be inspected?

How small defects can be detected?

I am often asked that question.

To put the conclusion in a nutshell,

If you don't mind the cost and the inspection time,

I believe we can inspect any size object.

It's okay if you split the image and take a picture of the image.

How small defects may be detected,

cost, using high-resolution cameras and lenses.

As long as the defect is caught on camera, detection is possible.

As a matter of reality, whether or not to install visual inspection equipment,

That cost and tact (inspection time) would determine it,

A little more specific about inspection accuracy.

For example.

How is the minimum detection size calculated?

What type of camera should be selected?

If so, what would be the number of installment imaging sessions?

I would like to explain the following in several parts.
