Set manufacturer and automatic visual inspection

There is a great need for visual inspection equipment.
This is an area where automation is still slow to take off in factories that are increasingly automated,
There are many stories of "if there is really a return on investment," we would like to see it happen right away.

Then, set manufacturers (equipment manufacturers) who want to receive orders for "equipment" will sell their image inspection technology,
It is natural that they would want to receive orders for inspection equipment by selling their image inspection technology.

However, I think it is best not to mess with it.

First of all, "there is no end line.
It is rare that things work according to the specifications, and even if they do, more and more irregularities will occur.
Do you escape by saying, "It's not in the specifications"?
Or do you go along with "whack-a-mole"?

And "cost".
Appearance inspection is a job that can be handled by manpower.
Compared to the labor costs involved, it would be difficult to receive high orders.
In the past, there were many users who bought "dreams," but now....

The more orders we receive, the more negative legacies may accumulate.

The only way to make the automatic visual inspection business viable is to have the end-users evaluate the actual products themselves,
The only way to make the automated visual inspection business work is for end users to evaluate the actual products themselves.

Can you really inspect it? What might be the problem?
Can we run the day-to-day operations ourselves?

The end-user should be able to assess these factors,
If the handling part is ordered by the set manufacturer, it is possible for everyone to avoid a great deal of risk,
This will enable everyone to avoid a great deal of risk.

Some may think, "If you don't take risks, you won't make progress."
Our stance is,
We will make progress every day so that our clients can give us an OK in the actual evaluation.
We do not take risks for the end-user.
We do not take risks on the end-user.
It may be correct to say that we make progress faster because we do not have to follow up.
