Next Stage

Thanks to this, our business model of selling only inspection software for visual inspection equipment has begun to fully turn around.

In conventional visual inspection equipment, it is common for inspection software to be unique for each object. Basically, it was a business of "we make it to the customer's specifications. Inevitably, the man-hours required for the software became so large that the cost was not commensurate with the objective of replacing visual inspection.

With FlexInspector, it is now possible to use the same inspection software to inspect ultra-precision parts, three-dimensional parts, and assemblies. We have also established a system (actual equipment rental) that allows customers to check the inspection software's functions, detection capability, and operability before placing an order, enabling them to confirm not only its simple operability but also its high detection capability at the actual site.

First of all, the unprecedented business of "providing a large number of visual inspection software with high versatility, easy operation, and high detection capability at a low cost" was on track.

We have filled in the "visual inspection software" part that was completely lacking in the conventional imaging industry. There is a lot of material out there that only our company can do. We are now ready to embark on a path of expansion.
