Miscellaneous impressions of Kansai Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo

The Kansai Mechanical Components and Materials Technology Expo is over.

Thank you very much for stopping by our booth.

Here are some miscellaneous thoughts.

There were quite a few robots moving here and there. It must be a current trend.

We, too, worked on the robot, saying, "If we use a robot, we can inspect the entire area just like a person!" and we worked on the robot.

And what I painfully realized was "Robots, slow! I was

At best, it is even with people.

Even looking at the robots on display at this year's exhibition, I often felt that it would be faster if a person did the work.

Sure, the workforce is shrinking, the certainty of work increases ...

Although there are advantages such as, "We made a big investment right now," and "We were able to cut one person!" Something like that...

I think there must be a reason why it has to be a robot.

In that sense, the gear inspection system we exhibited this time is "fast" but also "good.

The inspection speed that is impossible for humans is achieved.

Take advantage of the robot's freedom and accuracy.

A slow-moving robot should be moved as little as possible.

That's "if it's not a robot" and "excellent return on investment".

When I look at it through my bloated eyes, I can't help but ask, "Does that require a robot?" I feel that it is.
