This could be reality.

We received an inquiry from an electronic board mounting manufacturer, who was referred to us by a competitor who had evaluated our FlexInspector. As you can see, we have been receiving many inquiries related to electronic circuit boards recently.
However, if you think about it calmly, there are so many manufacturers of visual board inspection systems, including major companies, that there should be no need to inquire about FlexInspector, which does not claim to be a "board inspection system.
Therefore, we asked, "Aren't there many existing ones?" I asked.
1) They are expensive.
(2) It is difficult to set up and takes too much time to stabilize the OK/NG judgment.
(3) Therefore, it cannot be used for a small quantity of a large variety of products.
This is the reason why we could not handle a large variety of products in small quantities.
I feel that this problem is not limited to "substrate inspection systems" but represents the reality of image inspection systems. I can't help but feel that what they are doing is out of step with the user's sensibilities.
