General-purpose visual inspection machine concept

FlexInspector has succeeded in achieving a versatility in visual inspection that is independent of the object, which is conventionally referred to as "one-product cuisine". In fact, FlexInspector is used in a wide variety of fields, from precision parts to 3D molded products and printed characters, as "standard" products. In some fields, our products are said to be superior to "specialized machines (that claim to have a proven track record)" even when used as "standard" products.
Generalization of visual inspection has reached a certain level.
The next step is generalization as a "device.
(1) Hand-feed + manual switch "single field of view imaging & inspection" hand-mounted inspection equipment.
(2) Inspection system for objects arranged in a grid pattern by hand-feeding + XY stage.
(3) Inspection system for "segmented imaging & inspection" of flat surfaces by hand-feeding + XY stage.
(4) Inspection equipment for three-dimensional "segmented imaging & inspection" by hand-feeding + multi-axis robot.
(5) Inspection system using parts feeder for alignment and dispatch.
(6) Inspection equipment for continuous repetitive patterns.
Although there are some differences in handling, it is not difficult to make the above inspection systems.
However, the manpower is insufficient and the situation is out of hand.
We are looking for an equipment manufacturer who understands the concept of FI and is willing to work on it seriously, knowing that "images are tough.

It's a set of FI and equipment.
It looks like it would be easy to get rid of until 1)?3),
It's a bit of a challenge when it comes to multi-axis robots and automatic feeding of workpieces...
We plan to move forward in the form of (3) by the end of this year, and by April next year, without using a parts feeder,
We are planning to move forward with a different method of automatic feeding by April next year, without using a parts feeder.
Naturally, we would like to make the software FI.
Finally, this week we will finish testing the inspection machines of each company.
We have been testing each company using the same defect samples.
We have learned once again that the high price is not proportional to the detection capability.
If you are currently considering an inspection machine
I would like to encourage you to test the inspection machines of various manufacturers.
I am sure you will be able to feel the greatness of FI.
