Why we are a "one-man company

Currently, I am the only one registered in our company.
I do most of the user support, FlexInspector development, and administrative work by myself.
We have a lot of help from our distributors in our sales activities.
If you ask me why I am a one-man company, it is because I don't feel the need to be a one-man company, and also because we are not making as much money as you might imagine.
We started small because we were originally a kind of self-employed business.
And we thought of ways to make it work even if it was small.
We started out small because we were kind of self-employed, and we thought of ways to stay small and make it work.
We decided to make a single piece of software that could handle everything, instead of responding to each user's individual specifications.
We will build a sales and support network by reducing the distribution of profits to our own customers, and by making the dealers and equipment manufacturers who handle FlexInspector feel the benefits of our products.
We will not force sales to avoid problems. We will ask users to make a decision after they have thoroughly evaluated the product. For this purpose, what is needed is "demo equipment" rather than an increase in the number of employees. In any case, "actual products" come first.
We will make products that do not require support or explanations.
I am now at the point of perfecting this concept.
This way of thinking has reached the point of perfection, so I don't feel the need to increase the size of the company any more.
We have already trained a person who can maintain the #FI source code at the equipment manufacturer we do business with, so we don't have to worry about that either.
What we did not expect was,
We were slow to realize that the sale of one unit of inspection software means the start-up of equipment costing several million yen from the end user's point of view. It is not something that can be sold in such large quantities.
Frankly, we regret that we made a mistake in pricing.
Therefore, we will consider making it bigger only after it sells a lot.
