1 experiment per day

This year I will try to do "one experiment a day" as much as possible.
# That's how much "homework" I've accumulated...

I think it is important to do the evaluation work with various samples so that you can use them yourself and feel that something is "wrong" or "should be done this way.

We experimented with certain metal parts today, and once again

  1. Samples of the same lot immediately after production have a small variation in good quality
  2. NG SAMPLES HAVE MORE VARIABILITY THAN DEFECTS, DUE TO THE DIFFERENT LOTS AND THE ADDITION OF AGING.

THIS IS WHAT WE REALIZED. AFTER ALL, NG SAMPLES ARE NOT WORTHY OF CONSIDERATION (A LARGE NUMBER OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AS WELL AS OTHER PARTS ARE DETECTED), AND IT IS A GAME OF WHETHER GOOD PRODUCTS ARE JUDGED AS GOOD PRODUCTS.

TOMORROW, RUBBER PARTS. AFTER THAT, LF FOR CONNECTORS...
