Looking Back on 2008

2008 was a year of "semi-automatic inspection devices.
In March, we moved to the Kyoto City Foundation Support Factory, which made it possible for us to work on "equipment" and we have been manufacturing inspection devices by hand-supply.
As a result,
1) LAN connection with PLC (Keyence KV-5000)
2) PLC-based high-speed moving imaging & inspection control
3) Support for systems using 64-bit PCs and line sensors
We have established technologies such as the following.
These are,
1) System construction at a price lower than visual inspection cost (5~6 million yen)
2) System construction that is technically the "fastest in the industry".
We believe that the FlexInspector is the technology that will lead to the "industry's fastest" system construction.
FlexInspector, the key to our success, has found a new method to break through the yield rate problem, which was the biggest challenge, through the launch of the above system, and has realized more sensitive and stable inspection.
1) Cost reduction effect by system price that is commensurate with the man-hours required for visual inspection
2) Improvement of quality through the concept of "sorting out good products
We were blessed with users who recognized the benefits of introducing the system, and had a solid year.
However, the economic trends indicate that next year will be a year that will not allow us to make any predictions,
1) Improvement of microscope XY stage inspection system
2) Development of line sensor inspection systems
We are determined to work on the following projects carefully.
