I founded the company in July 1999 as a one-man company, and thanks to you, I am now in my 27th year.
I started the company when I was 30 years old, so I am "only" 57 years old.

In 26 years of operation, sales have been around 200 million yen or less, and the number of employees has been around 10 or less,
As a manager, I am not at a good level.

We had not prepared a clear answer to the problem of "automation of visual inspection. Continuous trial and error.
Orders from repeat customers made it possible for us to run the company without thinking too much about management.
I think these are the reasons for the flat growth.

Then the Corona hit...

I found my own answer to the problem of "automating visual inspections" at the right time.
The company had been losing money, and was running out of savings, which forced me to think about management.

I have always had a tendency to think of things as simply as possible.

Regarding management,
(1) Gross profit is sales minus material costs
(2) Half of the gross profit is the company's operating expenses
3) Half of the gross profit is labor costs.
If gross profit is 50% and the labor ratio is 50%, it is "OK if all employees make four times their salaries.
Management" is to prepare a system that can achieve this,
The next step is to gather members who can achieve sales of four times their salaries.
