We want to attract experienced people.
I believe there are two types of work.
Work that, if you move your hands, is guaranteed to generate sales and profit.
Work that, even if you move your hands, has no guarantee that sales will increase. Work that has the potential to generate zero profit even if you do your best.
There may be jobs where you can make sales without moving your hands, but that's beside the point.
The job of "automating visual inspection" is one in which "there is no guarantee that sales will increase, even if you do it manually."
It may be better to say, "It is quite difficult to make sales."
Therefore, we cannot say, "No experience is required.
We cannot afford to "train newcomers from scratch.
However, for those experienced in the "visual inspection automation" business, I think our current business model is "heaven".
Utilize experience to create the "product" first and sell it to users for whom the "product" is suitable.
Utilize experience to support the user's operation and lead to the next inquiry.
If experienced people get together to discuss and create better "products," more users will be pleased.
Automation of visual inspection, the subject itself is very interesting. If you are experienced, you will understand.
We invite you to join us.
