Winter bonus

Winter bonuses have been paid.

At the beginning of this year, I declared that "bonuses would be used as incentives," and a year has now passed.

To be precise,
1) Aggregate each individual's sales revenue and determine their share proportionally based on that.
2) From that amount, subtract the portion paid as monthly salary to determine the bonus amount.
This is the method.

This method ties annual income solely to individual results, regardless of work style or age.
In a way, it's an incredibly fair compensation system.

As a result, winter bonuses showed significant variation, ranging from zero to just under 2 million yen.
#For those earning a monthly salary of 3 million yen, those achieving 5 million yen in results received a 2 million yen bonus, while those earning 3 million yen received zero bonus.

Characteristics of those who received large bonuses:
・They handle everything themselves: "Securing the job, doing the mechanical design, handling the electrical wiring, delivering the product, and commissioning it." They take full credit for that project with 100% contribution.
・They get involved in technical support for various projects, contributing bit by bit. Due to their high skill level, everyone relies on them.

If you can do that much, then theoretically, it's relatively easy to exceed an annual income of 10 million yen.

"Employees earning over 10 million yen annually" is certainly gratifying for a business owner.
I hope they keep increasing their earnings by boosting sales through contributions to our clients' businesses.
