Equal sales, equal pay

We believe that "sales = contribution to the customer's business.

If we contribute a lot to our customers and make sales, we would like our wages to be proportional to that.
(Or more accurately, "in proportion to our profits...")

We want to create a form that rewards engineers for their hard work.

I want to work in friendly competition with hard-working engineers.
