This is aimed at ultra high-speed inspection of objects with repetitive patterns in the circumferential direction by installing a rotating axis at the end of a vertical articulated robot and capturing and inspecting images synchronously with the axis of rotation.

At the International Robot Exhibition at the end of last year, we exhibited FlexInspector-ROBO, a robot that can inspect arbitrarily shaped three-dimensional objects using a vertical articulated robot.
We received a great deal of interest, including coverage in newspapers and other media.

HOWEVER, AS FAR AS WHETHER IT LED TO ORDERS, NO!

The biggest problem is that the speed is not much different from the speed at which people inspect.
Even if you go to the trouble of investing in a new machine, it will only be a "replacement for people...
