Support-free inspection equipment

It has been about seven years since we launched FlexInspector, and there must be several hundred units running somewhere.
However, we have not been able to get a grasp of the actual situation because we have received almost no requests for support, whether they are being operated as hard as possible by the people on the ground, or whether they have been dropped from the market.
In such a situation, we heard from some of the users who "should" be operating the system that they have received zero complaints. We assume that many of them are fulfilling their roles without any problems.
We often hear that the person in charge of a certain image sensor manufacturer is running around to adjust the delivered image sensors.
A company with only a few people like ours can't do that.
The simplicity of FlexInspector (ease of operation, reliable NG screening, applicability to various objects, etc.) is the reason why we don't need support.
