Easier.

Currently, the new FIS-100 is being enhanced based on the opinions of users who have considered it.
One of the requests we received was to image three-dimensional objects from various directions and inspect them to ensure that they are the same as good products no matter where they are viewed.
The maximum number of locations could be as many as 200, and no matter how easy we made it to set up a single location, we knew that it would be useless in such a large number of locations.
Therefore, we have extended FIS and added a function that automatically and provisionally sets the positioning reference frame and inspection area frame.
The new registration is
(1) Perform imaging in a series of operations.
2)Execute automatic setting.
(3) Move multiple products.
(4) Automatic adjustment is performed using the images of the products that were made to flow.
(5) Start automatic inspection.
This is how the process works.
Originally, FlexInspector/FIS-100 was designed to
(1) It has the ability to "position anything" by HALCON's positioning.
(2) Normally, one entire inspection frame can be used.
(3) There are almost no parameters that need to be adjusted for each object.
3) There are almost no parameters that need to be adjusted for each object, and this time, it was finally realized.
