Noise Suppression 1

The software may shut down suddenly, the camera may shut down at an unbelievable time, or the operation may become unstable.

This may be due to electrical noise (extra signals).

For example, if the workpiece is large, the inspection equipment is large and uses large motors and other power machinery.

In this case, since a large current flows in the drive, a magnetic field is generated when a large current flows, and an electromotive force is generated when a conductor crosses the magnetic field.

Transformers and motors generate a magnetic field by passing current through a coil to send power to the secondary coil, but part of the magnetic field leaks outside and generates noise on signal lines wired nearby.

Large currents flowing in power lines also generate magnetic fields, which generate noise in the signal lines wired in parallel with them.

WEAK ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS SUCH AS PLCS (PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLERS) AND PCS ARE VULNERABLE TO SUCH NOISE, SO CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN DESIGNING CONTROL PANELS.
