Support for HT-Penitum4

FlexInspector's support for HT (HyperThreading)-Pentium4 is now complete.
FlexInspector is based on Parallel-HALCON technology, which supports multiple CPUs, and if we can confirm the operation of the board's drivers, etc., it is highly likely that we will be able to enjoy the benefits of multi-CPU technology, which is the direction of future CPU evolution.
We will continue our verification work with the latest CPUs, etc.
