Image Control

In order to fully utilize the capabilities of the camera, the image controller should do the handling of the workpiece up to the imaging part. Only by doing so, it is possible to capture and inspect images at speeds exceeding 20 frames per second, which is close to the limit of the camera's performance.
If the inspection stage is normally used for pitch feed, it will take about 300 ms per piece. This is about 3~4 frames per second. In contrast, by utilizing our know-how in image capture control, we are able to achieve a processing capacity of more than 20 frames per second.
Until now, we have avoided taking orders for mechanical systems because of a lack of power.
However, behind the scenes, we have been working on high-end themes with advanced users.
And...from April, we will increase the number of mechanical designers and aim to establish a system that enables us to make proposals that include inspection stages.
