Concept of inspection speed 1

Is it possible to inspect 1 piece/second?

How fast can the speed be increased to inspect the image without blurring?

I sometimes get questions like this.

Let me say a few words about the gear inspection equipment we exhibited at a recent trade show,

The entire circumference of a 90-tooth gear tooth was inspected in approximately 0.6 seconds.

Circumferential velocity 677 [mm/s] × luminescence width 30 [μs] = distance traveled during exposure approx. 20 [μm].

45μm resolution per pixel enables imaging while rotating.

That is to say.

In other words, there are actual cases where inspections up to 677 mm can be performed in less than one second.

Reference.

THE ILLUMINATOR USES LED LIGHTING WITH ULTRA-POWERFUL STROBE EMISSION.

NORMAL LED LIGHTING CANNOT BE INSPECTED WITH CONSTANT LIGHTING OR EVEN STROBE LIGHTING.

If the image is dark, the inspection cannot be performed, so the image must be somewhat bright and blur-free.
