Unique Business Model

Our business model is certainly quite unique in the industry. Specifically
(1) Supply a lot of the same thing
It is said that there are a thousand different users and inspection targets. Among them, we focus on only one product that has overwhelming versatility and supply many of them. This allows us to keep costs down and to be flexible enough to meet a wide range of requirements.
Some of our current customers have told us, "We are sure it can be used for something, and we want to try it out. We want to try it out and see what it can be used for.
(2) Supplying only software
By keeping our scope to a minimum, we are making sure that our dealers and equipment manufacturers can fully appreciate the benefits of dealing with FlexInspector. This has resulted in a variety of sales channels and the launch of several general-purpose inspection equipment projects.
The reality is, however, that we are not able to provide hardware support due to the "company size" issue.
(3) Physical products
We do not make-to-order products, but rather present "actual products" and supply them only when the users themselves determine that they are usable.
(4) For all users
We do not customize for specific users. We will (in most cases) add free of charge as a "standard feature" only those requests from users that we believe will be beneficial to all users. Development is being done in collaboration with users.
(5) Fully Independently Capitalized Company Operation
The idea for FlexInspector came about because we had no ties or preconceptions.
We would like to continue to do things with a free mindset and without regard to business for some time to come.
So, no matter how long it takes...
I hope that everyone involved with FlexInspector, the operators on the shop floor, the production engineering personnel, the equipment manufacturers, the distributors, everyone will be happy. I will continue to make every effort to make that happen.
