Ease of use for field workers

Recently, there have been several image inspection systems that claim to be "easy.
However, the "easy" in these systems is strongly tinged with "start-up support," such as easy creation of algorithms and a support environment for setting parameters, and is not "easy" at all for on-site workers who need to handle "high-mix, low-volume" production. In many cases, only a few people in charge of production engineering are able to operate the system. We often hear that such inspection equipment becomes unmanageable as the number of units installed increases.
There is only one solution. The inspection system should be "easy for on-site workers to use. The field worker should be able to set up and operate the system at will.
I am sure that all imaging inspection manufacturers are aware of this. However, the following points need to be considered,
(1) Even if it is simple, there is no point in conducting lax inspections.
(2) Flexibility is necessary to cope with irregularities, such as dealing with unexpected varieties.
(3) If the logic is not understood, the system cannot be used. Adjustments cannot be made.
The problems are so numerous that it is not feasible to use FlexInspector.
However, FlexInspector is different.
(1) Basically, only the same items as "good" are judged as OK.
(2) FlexInspector can be used universally for all kinds of inspection targets. It doesn't matter if there is a slight difference in the product type or not.
(3) The logic is extremely simple and convincing. Adjustment is also easy.
In fact, many of our "field line personnel" have been using FlexInspector for years.
And they continue to use it.
