Exhibiting at MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2021

Sungen is exhibiting the front and back visual inspection system " Glamichan" at MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2021 in Nagoya, Japan from October 20-23, 2021.

I had heard that many exhibitions were "quiet" due to the new Corona, so I wondered what would happen, but I did not see any booths that refrained from exhibiting, and the exhibits seemed to have returned to what they were before the Corona. The exhibition was not "quiet" anymore, as there were a good number of general visitors.

The important thing about Glamichanis that it is a small booth with no name recognition, no proactive announcements in advance, and no exhibition category of "visual inspection" to begin with, so we are having a hard time getting people to stop by.

Personal,

Measure and quantify. → Quantifying doesn't have a direct return on investment, does it?
Let's robotize it. → It's too slow. Wouldn't it be faster if a person did it?
It can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! → Someone has to supply that inspection object 24 hours a day, right?

and among the exhibits that don't stick imho,

I think the destructive power of " Glamichan" that inspects all the items "faster" than a person can inspect the appearance of the product and increase the inspection efficiency by 400% is amazing.
I think it's amazing how much more effective a device can be with an investment of 7 million yen (reference price) than it would be with 4 inspectors.

If you plan to come to the show, please stop by. ( Sangen Corporation 1C-25)
