Can "ATOM" be created?

The prevailing theory is that an intelligent robot like "Atom" cannot be built in the next few decades.

So can we make an intelligent inspection device? Can we make an inspection device that can accurately recognize and judge any defects that may occur?

Isn't it strange that the logic is that "atom" can't do it, but "inspection equipment" can? It is natural to think that "inspection devices" cannot be done either, according to the current mainstream approach.

The only difference is that inspection equipment can basically define a good product for an object. As long as good products can be determined, that is all that is required. In other words, all that is needed is to determine "the same.

Even many of the image processors in the world and universities are actively researching and developing technologies to "recognize" "unknown" or "unstable" objects, but I think that more research could be done on technologies to determine "the same". Perhaps that is a more "immediate" technology.
