The "unexpected" does occur.

THE INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL EXHIBITION ON IMAGE TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR FROM FI USERS ABOUT RECENT DEVELOPMENTS.

I have heard similar stories from several users this time,
They found defects that they thought "couldn't happen because of the processing."
that "could not happen due to processing". Also,
It was a subtle shape defect and probably could not have been found visually.
that they probably would not have been able to find visually.

A normal image processing inspection would be

  • Only the important parts.
  • Only where I can.
  • Only where you set it up.

HOWEVER, IN THE CASE OF FI, IT SEEMS THAT IT WAS DETECTED BECAUSE THE BASIC QUESTION IS WHETHER EVERYTHING IS THE SAME AS THE GOOD.

The "unexpected" does seem to occur. After all, the outflow of defective products will not stop unless "everything" is looked at.
In this regard, there may be no need for "inspection items" in the specifications of image processing inspection equipment. Because it is "everything.
