Will the hard work pay off?

Many of you are reading this article,
I assume that many of you reading this article are battling a common enemy: the realization of automated visual inspection.
And you are probably suffering from the fact that the results are not as good as you would like them to be.
I would like you to think once again.
Is it possible to detect defects that we cannot predict where and how they will appear?
We are required to be able to detect 100% of such defects.
Furthermore, we are also required to ensure yield.
Such a thing is absolutely impossible.
Unfortunately, I don't think our current hard work will be rewarded.
Then... why don't we fight together against a common enemy?
