Are visual inspections reducing the percentage of good products?

I have been entrusted with various samples to evaluate,
Sometimes
I can't tell where the defects are.
that can only be seen under very harsh lighting conditions
that seem to have no defects in terms of functionality
that seem to have no functional defects.
Perhaps they are "items that are considered defective in the current visual inspection.
The person in charge of visual inspections is responsible for ensuring that no defects are found, so he or she inspects to ensure that even the slightest abnormality is not overlooked.
I believe that many inspectors at many workplaces reject products even if they are "within specifications.
As a result, the percentage of good products will drop.
And since this is a human activity, sometimes "outrageous defects" are released.
And inspection specifications become even stricter.
Defects that can be easily detected by visual inspection can be detected continuously and reliably.
If such an inspection system is introduced, the good product rate would also increase.
