Cost of Automated Visual Inspection

Visual inspection does not add value. We cannot spend much on its automation.
I am considering how to proceed with "automation of visual inspection" based on this premise.

Depending on the specifications, the estimated cost is,
15 million including automatic supply and discharge.
10 million for simplified supply and discharge.
2 to 2.5 million for image processing alone.
If AI is added, the cost will be an additional 1.5 to 2 million.

And, considering the various factors such as implementation costs, operating costs, and risks, we would like to aim for a fourfold increase in productivity through automation.
