3D shape comparison inspection

At the Image Sensing Expo in June, we gave a demonstration of 3D shape imaging using structured light, saying "We have started 3D visual inspection.
As expected, we will be at the same level in December... and we are working on implementation so that we can demonstrate 3D shape comparison inspection.

At any rate, we can now compare the 3D data of the samples.
