Why I don't get "custom."

As FlexInspector's name recognition has increased through exhibitions, we have received several inquiries for technical cooperation and "customization" requests. However, we have refused to accept any requests except for the adoption of the standard model as it is. Some of the reasons are as follows.
(1) From the viewpoint of "usable or not usable in the field," there are few technologies from other companies that we would like to have. However, our technology is only possible with HALCON.
(2) Even if we spend development costs to "customize" inspection algorithms, we cannot guarantee that they will work 100% due to the characteristics of "images," and we cannot expect any benefit from the development costs, which will ultimately be passed on to the end user.
(3) If we receive a development fee for modification, the issue of rights to the product will arise, making it difficult to "widely distribute" the product.
(4) Because "not creating an offshoot, but rather, enhancing only one," will not only make management easier, but will also improve quality.
(5) Because "the scope of what can be done" can be clarified in advance, and the pattern of "cheating forever" can be avoided.
As a result
(1) Provide high-functioning "standard products" widely and inexpensively.
(2) Only "standard products" that "work well" will be adopted. If they do not work well, we will remember them as a theme for the future.
(3) We ask users to send us their requests for improvement.
(4) We will collect those opinions and upgrade the product free of charge.
(5) If we find a function that we think "This is it! 5) If we find a new function that we think is "cool," we will upgrade the version free of charge.
This business model has been established. You can imagine that we are working together with many people in the field.
This cycle of improvement is likely to continue for some time yet, and "lack of manpower" may be the biggest reason why we do not (cannot?) accept "customization". This may be the biggest reason why we do not (cannot?) accept "customization.
