Normally, there is a "standard" for each item to be inspected, and the inspection is performed according to that standard.
FlexInspector inspects for alignment. It does not matter what the object is.
The difference is that "the item is different from other good items, but the difference is within the standard. The difference is that "there is a difference from the other good products, but the difference is within the standard. The difference is that the product is mechanically different from the other good products.
FlexInspector will mechanically determine that the item is NG.
The NG is a "suspicious item" and is left to human judgment.
In the end, the visual re-inspection is not eliminated, but only the "suspicious" items need to be re-inspected,
(1) The number of items subject to re-inspection will be considerably reduced.
(2) Re-inspection is safe because it is a process of removing good items from "suspicious items.
