The idea of "sorting out the good products

Not only in image inspection, the secret of determining whether a product is acceptable or not seems to lie in the concept of "sorting out the good products.
In most cases, the conventional way of thinking about inspection equipment is to "sort out defective products.
In this approach, it is necessary to define "defective products.
Is it possible to define all "defective products"?
Then, how about defining "good products"?
If the image is the same as that of a good product, it is judged as a "good product.
If the image is slightly different, it is judged as "defective.
Even if only half of the "good" pieces are removed, the "good" pieces do not need to be re-inspected.
If only the "defective" items are re-inspected, the man-hours will be halved.
Re-inspection work is also the process of extracting "good products" from among the "defective" and suspicious products.
Therefore, please be gentle with items that have been judged "defective" by FI.
Please do not mark them with indelible pens.
