Image inspection system with laptop computer

We are currently preparing a kit to build an image inspection system with a notebook PC, although it is limited to one camera at this time.
We are currently conducting a continuous operation test by connecting it to a PLC, and it seems to be producing a speed of about 10 times/second at 640x480 pixels.
The cost of equipment is reversed when more than 2 # cameras are used, and the normal configuration of "desktop + board" is advantageous.
