Example of inspection speed

We have begun manufacturing a simple inspection device (the type in which samples are set by hand for inspection).
In this section, we summarize the processing capacity of the equipment just before shipment.
Core2Duo E8300
1.3 megapixel CCD camera (15 fps) x 2
Image capturing while moving (2 cameras x 15 fixed-cycle images with no delay = 30 inspections)
Ethernet connection with Keyence KV-5000
The inspection took about 5 seconds (including handling) from the start button to the completion of the inspection.
It worked quite pleasantly.
