International Imaging Seminar

The schedule for the International Imaging Seminar has been confirmed.
Title: "The FlexInspector Philosophy? Quality Assurance and Image Processing in Manufacturing?
Date and Time: Thursday, December 7, 15:00-15:50
Free of charge, with a capacity of about 100 people.
The seminar of "Japan Industrial Imaging Association" will be held at the same time.
We apologize for the inconvenience to those who were planning to attend.
Only two of the #20 slots are scheduled at the same time.
#The secretariat has decided that the other one is a "talk on camera standards" and that there will be no overlap in the number of participants.
After the last seminar, in this blog (2006/6/10),
--- "The main point of this seminar will probably be "Japan Inforum".
Perhaps the main feature of this year's seminar was the establishment of the Japan Industrial Imaging Association (JIIA), and it seems that a large number of seminars and other events were planned for this occasion. However, looking at its activities, it seems to be an "industry organization for the industry" and not "for users in the field," which is unfortunate. I also find it odd that image sensor manufacturers, who are supposed to be the largest force in the "field," are not members.
#It may be that we were not even approached, but even if we had been, I think we would have run away because we would not be able to say what we like if we create "ties".
---.
Maybe this is a guess to what I wrote.
