2010 Technician Wanted

We are looking for a technician to help us with our work.
The conditions are
1) You must be looking at "here". In other words, those who share my way of thinking.
(2) Those who know the actual manufacturing site. Both manufacturer side and user side are acceptable.
3) Skill level to debug applications with VisualC++.
