For visual inspection, an image with clear contrast (difference in shading/black and white) is required.

 

When you want to inspect a workpiece moving at high speed,

LED LIGHTING, WHICH IS ALWAYS ON, DOES NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH LIGHT AND IS DARK OVERALL,

There is a concern that the contrast will be unclear in the image.

 

In this case, change to constant lighting and consider strobe flash.

 

If a strobe is used, the flash duration of the strobe = exposure time.

In addition to luminescence time, the light intensity of the lighting power source is also important, though,

UNLESS THE SPEED IS VERY HIGH, NORMAL LED LIGHTING MAY BE SUFFICIENT.
