WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TIME THAT OUR SOFTWARE FIS-100 TAKES TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION?

THE RESOLUTION OF THE CAMERA USED, THE SIZE OF THE INSPECTION AREA, AND WHETHER IT IS OK OR NG WILL ALSO VARY.

Basically, the more pixels to process, the longer it takes.

If we go with a 1.3 megapixel camera that is often used,

The sensation is 10 ms (1/100th of a second) in normal operation and 20 to 50 ms in NG operation.

We have very little experience with anything that exceeds 100 ms (1/10th of a second).

So, in fact

Tact time for handling (machinery and equipment ) is more of an issue than software.

This handling is a tricky one, and it is surprisingly often faster if a person does it.
