Thanks to AI, our company's output has skyrocketed.
Over the past few weeks, the volume of our company's output has clearly changed.
There’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a long time, but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

All of these are important jobs.
However, for small and medium-sized businesses, handling the projects at hand is the top priority.
"We don't have time."
"We don't have anyone with the necessary expertise."
For that reason, I kept putting it off.
However, once we started using AI, the situation changed completely.
Of course, AI doesn't just do the work on its own.
What am I going to create?
What do I want to convey?
Is the finished product correct?
In the end, humans must make the decision.
Even so, there’s a huge difference in productivity between “building something from scratch” and “refining a draft created by AI.”
Tasks that used to take several hours or even several days can now be completed in a short amount of time.
As a result, the company's output has increased several-fold—at least that's my impression.
On the other hand, some interesting things are happening.
I'm several times more tired now (lol).
Since AI helps you get your work done faster, you’ll find yourself thinking, “Okay, next,” “I can do this too,” and “I’ll go ahead and take care of that as well,” allowing you to tackle even tasks you’d previously given up on.
Before I know it, I’ve spent the whole day interacting with AI, creating documents, compiling specifications, analyzing code, and updating the website.
As the number of things I can do increases, so does the number of things I want to do.
Even so, I think this kind of fatigue is a positive kind of fatigue.
I'm gradually turning the company's neglected assets into something tangible.
It looks like we’ll finally be able to pass on the technology and know-how we’ve built up over nearly 30 years to the next generation.
AI may not be a tool that takes away jobs, but rather a tool that turns people’s knowledge and experience into assets.
It's still early days, but this change looks set to be a major turning point for the company.
