Mechatronic Japan 2011

We will be exhibiting our products at the booth (1D26) of our distributor, Sangen Corporation, at MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2011 (MECT2011) to be held at Port Messe Nagoya from tomorrow, 2011/09/29 to 2011/10/2.
The contents of the exhibition are as follows
1) Visual inspection of silicon wafer by XY stage
2）Multi-face inspection of gears using a rotating stage (3 cameras)
3) Character reading inspection
