New Proposal! Ping Pong Method

At this exhibition (2016 Kansai Machine Component Technological Exhibition), workpieces are simply placed under the camera with manual supply and discharge.

So the inspection was completed immediately!

If it is OK, a " ping-pong" sound will be made! If it is OK, we will exhibit a standard product equipped with the FIS-100, which will notify the customer with an audible "ping-pong!

There have been hand-mounted inspection devices in the past, but what makes them different?

　Cameras must continue to be inspected even when no work is being done.

　TO HEAR THE OK DECISION BY EAR, SO NOT MUCH CONCENTRATION IS REQUIRED.

The inspector just has to take the workpiece under the camera and "ping pong! with their ears.

OK/NG decisions are made by FIS-100, so you can rest assured.

It considerably eases the inspection process, and in some cases, it is actually about four times faster than a person could do it.

First, to streamline the visual inspection process at low cost.

We believe there is a need for full automation beyond this.
