The last sentence of the inspection specifications

Most inspection equipment is probably built based on inspection specifications submitted by the user. However, at the end of the inspection specifications is a sentence that reads, "No other defects.

After all, it is "everything" that must be seen by the inspection equipment, and the idea that "this inspection equipment can detect ____ and ____" is not correct.

Can items that are not listed in the inspection items of the specifications be shipped uninspected?
